Day 1: Da Nang – Hoi An
Upon arrival at Da Nang Airport, the driver from Hoi An Private Car will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel for check-in.
Day 2: Hoi An Walking Tour – My Son Sanctuary (L)
In the morning, a Hoi An Private Car driver will pick you up at your hotel lobby for a day tour of Hoi An. You will explore Hoi An Ancient Town, which boasts numerous points of interest, including the 400-year-old Japanese Bridge, the 300-year-old Chinese Temple, and a 200-year-old former Vietnamese merchant’s house.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to visit the local fish market and see numerous art galleries and tailor shops, where you can order custom-made clothing if you wish.
In the afternoon, the Hoi An Private Car will take you from Hoi An Town to My Son Holy Land, a UNESCO World Heritage site located 50 km southwest of Hoi An. Nestled in a lush valley, My Son was the capital and religious center of the Cham people, featuring red brick towers and sanctuaries that date back to the 7th to 13th centuries.
Moreover, My Son is considered to be on par with some of Southeast Asia’s most significant archaeological sites, including Angkor in Cambodia, Bagan in Myanmar, Ayutthaya in Thailand, and Borobudur in Indonesia. After your visit, you will return to your hotel. End of service.
Day 3: Hoi An Countryside & Beach Relax (L)
Depart from your hotel at 9:00 AM for a bicycle ride to Tra Que Vegetable Village, where you will experience a day of living and working alongside local farmers. The tour includes exploring organic vegetable and herb gardens, and you can choose to either work in the fields or simply observe and learn about the farming practices and fresh ingredients.
Afterward, you will return to the local’s house, where you’ll be treated to an herbal foot massage. Following this, you will have the opportunity to participate in a cooking session, where you’ll prepare various local dishes, such as Tam Huu spring rolls and Banh Xeo, the popular pancake from the central region.
After that, the tour will conclude with a bike ride back to your hotel.
If you prefer not to return to the hotel immediately, consider spending some extra time relaxing at An Bang Beach, located just 2 km east of Hoi An Town. This beautiful beach stretches over 3 km long and is up to 300 m wide, featuring fine white sand, clear blue water, moderate slopes, and gentle waves. It’s perfect for recreational activities like swimming and enjoying inexpensive seafood (you can take a taxi to get there if you wish).
Day 4: Hoi An To Hue 1 Day Tour (L)
Your driver from Hoi An Private Car will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to Hue. The first stop will be the Marble Mountains, where you can explore marble factories and view their artworks.
Next, we will visit Da Nang Beach, known as China Beach during the Vietnam War, recognized as one of the most beautiful and famous beaches in Vietnam.
Our journey will continue to the Cham Museum, which features exhibitions showcasing the culture and heritage of the Cham people. The Cham Museum in Da Nang has an unparalleled collection of Cham artefacts, primarily sculptures.
Following that, we will drive 20 km along the Hai Van Pass (Sea Cloud Pass), the highest pass in the country and one of the most scenic coastal roads in Vietnam. This pass marks the end of the Truong Son Range as it reaches the sea, offering breathtaking views of valleys and lagoons as we descend.
Finally, we will arrive at Lang Co Beach, known for its stunning S-shaped curve, where you can be among the first to witness the sunrise in Vietnam. Lang Co Beach attracts visitors with its pristine white sand and blue waters.
We will arrive in Hue in the mid-afternoon, and you will check into your hotel.
Day 5: Hue City Tour (L)
Hue was once the imperial capital of Vietnam and is now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Located along the picturesque Perfume River, the city is home to stunning citadels, magnificent palaces, and royal tombs. Many of these sites can be accessed by boat, offering a delightful way to explore the area.
9:00 AM: Pick up from your hotel in Hue, the former imperial capital of Vietnam. Begin your journey with a boat trip on the beautifully named Perfume River, where you’ll visit Hue’s most famous religious site, Thien Mu Pagoda.
Next, explore the Imperial Citadel, which served as the ruling seat of the Nguyen Dynasty from 1802 to 1945. Key highlights include the Flag Tower, Noon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, and the Forbidden Purple City. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, continue your adventure by visiting the elaborate tombs of Emperors Tu Duc and Khai Dinh. This guided tour provides in-depth insights into the kings’ philosophies of geomancy and their impact on royal life. Finally, visit Dong Ba Market to experience the daily life of the locals.
Your trip will conclude with a return to your hotel around 6:00 PM.
Day 6: Hue – Paradise Cave – Hue (L)
Paradise Cave, the most spectacular cave recently discovered in the core zone of Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, has now been opened to the public. Discovered by scientists from the British Caving Research Association in 2005, Paradise Cave (Dong Thien Duong) stretches an impressive 31 km, making it the longest dry cave in Asia. Its natural beauty will leave you feeling as if you are in paradise.
In The Morning
Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel at 7:00 AM to begin your visit to Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to visit the Holy Land of La Vang, known as the Little Basilica.
Once you reach Quang Binh province, we will visit Paradise Cave located within the national park and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
In The Afternoon
At 1:00 PM, we will head down 20 Decision Street to continue the tour of Paradise Cave, also known as the “Palace in the Mountains”. You will explore the cave’s stunning stalactite formations, which are a true natural wonder.
In addition, our guide will share insights into the unique value of this incredible cave, followed by a visit to the eco-tourism zone of Springs Trailer, created by underground rivers in the mountains that blend harmoniously with the beautiful native forests.
After the tour, we will depart back to Hue city via the Ho Chi Minh trail. We expect to return to Hue around 8:00 PM.
Day 7: Hue – Danang Transfer
At 14:00, transfer to Danang City for some relaxation on the beach. Enjoy your free time in Danang.
Day 8: Danang Departure
You have free time until our driver takes you to Danang Airport for your next flight.
