Hue Handicraft Village Tour is a great day tour to explore the most peaceful and beautiful rural villages of Hue. HUE CRAFT VILLAGE TOUR- PRIVATE TOUR
At 8:30 am, our local guide will meet you at your hotel, and we start cycling to the East of Hue city to visit Thanh Tien Village where the local people do gardening to grow vegetables day after day. We will enjoy the skilful hands of artisian here making the Thanh Tien Paper lotus flowers. You will have a chance to learn how to make the paper lotus by yourself.
Continuing visit Temple of the Village and listening to our guide talking about the story why every village in Vietnam most has a temple in front of it. We then cycle to Sinh Village, visit the famous Artist, Ky Huu Phuoc who makes folk paintings. We will learn all 7 stages to make a Sinh folk painting and how special it is. You also can try to make one painting of zodiac following your age.
After that you are cycling to Duong No Village to visit this tiny local market where you can try some local foods, continue to explore Duong No village with its Temple, admiring its ancient architects. Spend time in Ho Chi Minh Memorial House to know about Ho Chi Minh’s history. Walk around and visit Old Artists making bird cage in the near village.
Then, we will take a dragon boat to go along the Perfume River to get to a local food restaurant to enjoy a lovely lunch.
After lucnh, we keep doing the Hue Handicraft Village Tour to the Thanh Toan covered bridge. We will cycle through the small village roads, duck farms, village temples to Thanh Toan Bridge – an old bridge with fabulous architecture built by Mrs. Tran Thi Dao in the 18th century under Le Dynasty. Passing many green rice paddy fields. As on arrival, we visit Agriculture museum to learn more about rural life of Hue people. We are cycling back to your hotel around 4 pm.
